Project in short
In INTENCIVE project we seek solutions for the societal challenge of ageing society combined with decreasing population in rural and other remote areas. We need new, accessible and user-friendly tools for providing high quality health services accessible to all citizens not depending on their age or place of living. The emphasis of the project is on customer orientation. We need to re-think and re-plan when combining technology to service processes. In the project we share good practices which are evaluated against the Danish Bikva model. Bikva model is a customer-oriented method for evaluation and development.
